How it works
We'll walk you through taking your own measurements, and talk to you about what you're looking for in a great fitting bra. From there, we'll pull styles from our collection to show you on a mannequin. We'll narrow down the options to 2-4 depending on your needs. Once you agree to the options and we ship them, we'll follow up on how they fit and even offer another virtual fitting if you have questions. We prefer to ship a few at a time to give you an variety of styles of sizes to try to give you a better chance of finding the best shape for you. Exchange items that aren't fitting properly and we'll send more that are better suited!
- We offer Virtual Fittings to Canadian residents only. We do not ship product Internationally at this time.
- Virtual fittings are set up securely through Zoom and will be limited to 30 minutes.
- We accept Etransfers and PayPal payments, if you do not have a PayPal account we will send you a secure link to use your credit card for the transaction.
- All items shipped are paid for in advance. We offer free shipping in Western Canada when you spend $100, or there is a $10 flat fee to ship orders under $100 and $15 flat fee to ship to Eastern Canada on any size order.
- A full refund will be provided if together we cannot find the best fit for you. We do not refund shipping fees.
What you'll need
You'll need a cloth measuring tape for the fitting. Please have a secure WIFI signal and reliable device to chat on. Keep TVs and radios off and have other people or any pets leave the room so we can focus on YOU!

Online Return Policy
Return for exchange or credit within 14 days of online purchase, based on eligibility factors below. A refund will be provided if we cannot find the best fit for you. Shipping and fitting fees are not refundable.
- Items must be returned in unworn/new condition. Items with markings (including deodorants or other stains) or scents (perfume, smoke, body odors) will not be eligible for return.
- Items must have the original tags on. Please do not try to reattach tags after wearing the products.
- You must contact us within the time period allowed. If you are unable to get your items back to us within that period, please contact us to make other arrangements.
- Online purchases MUST be returned to us in a tracked package through Canada Post. We are not responsible for items going missing if you do not track your package.
