If you have questions about the options available in prosthesis forms, or are facing or recovering from a lumpectomy or mastectomy surgery, we invite you to come in to talk or see our products for yourself. There will be refreshments, displays, take home material, and free fittings. We offer an empowering, luxurious atmosphere full of love and compassion, knowledge, and professionalism, much of which you wont find in a clinical setting. We will have local author Miji Campbell in store to help host #ReadfortheCure in support of Cancer Research with Paper Label Sleep.

“For Fall 2018, we have designed a sleepshirt for readers to celebrate the love of reading while raising fund for Read for the Cure. All proceeds from the sale of these shirts will be donated to Read for the Cure and Cancer Research.

Read for the Cure, Vancouver, was founded by a dedicated group of Deep Cove women determined to find a way to make a contribution to fund cancer research as many of their friends and family members were affected by cancer. Rather than biking, running or walking for cancer, this group of women and book club members, chose something that they loved and could get behind: books and reading. The group discovered Read for the Cure, started by a group of women in Toronto who had similar experience with cancer and a desire to incorporate their fundraising with their love of the written word. The Toronto group had already done the work of creating Read for the Cure in Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary and was looking to expand to Vancouver. It was meant to be and following the model of other Canadian cities, Read for the Cure, Vancouver was born in 2013.

Read for the Cure has grown into an inspiring annual literary event where book lovers come together with bestselling authors for an incredible evening to support cancer research. Paper Label has been a supporter of the Vancouver event since its inception and chose to expand its contribution with this sleep shirt collaboration.” Paper Label
